I know housing and neighborhoods in Canon City and in Florence. There are few houses that I have not been in at least once and I have a knack for remembering what I have seen.
I develop accurate and reliable files and take care of your information the way you would expect of a professional.
I market property effectively utilizing quality photography, accurate descriptions, and good quality advertising on signs, flyers, print media, and the internet.
I have a good understanding of how loans, mortgages, appraisals, and inspections work in our local market. This is where the "tire meets the road"!
